This space is the perfect setting for classes, workshops, private gatherings, and community-driven events.

The 1st floor is now run by the amazing team at The Hangar. The room comfortably holds up to 100 people standing and includes high-speed WiFi and a 85" TV with wireless or HDMI connectivity. It sits directly beside the kitchenette, restrooms, and bar area for easy access throughout your event. The space is available for rentals outside of normal co-working hours—after 5 PM Monday through Friday and all day on weekends—making it flexible for evening and weekend programming.

Pricing is simple and transparent: rentals are $50/hour for Meetings and Classroom-style Workshops and $100/hour for Events, with no membership or day pass required.

Your rental covers access to the event space only, and additional support services follow The Hangar’s standard event policies.

This space is ideal for group meetings, video calls, presentations, and all day coworking that requires more privacy.

The conference room sits 6-8 people comfortably and includes high speed wifi, a tv with wireless/HDMI connection and a white board. It’s also located right next to our kitchenette and bathrooms with easy access to amenities for a longer day.

Conference Room Rental starts at $30/hour, no additional day pass or paid membership required.

Your rental covers the conference room only, additional coworking space access does require a day pass.

From client work to creative projects, this space can accommodate a variety of challenges with bright natural light streaming or controlled studio settings.

The $30/hr rental includes access to all of our lights, paper backdrops, and studio equipment, giving you the most freedom for creativity.
