Looking for a dedicated retail space in downtown York? The Grotto’s Storefront Membership offers a street-level space with direct access from Philadelphia Street, ideal for a small business, maker, retailer, or creative entrepreneur looking for a physical storefront.

Previously used as a café, the space includes water access and can accommodate a variety of retail concepts: from specialty goods and plants to art, books, vintage, handmade products, and other creative businesses.

Membership includes:

• Street-level access from Philadelphia Street

• Access to The Grotto’s shared community amenities
